Jennifer is an experienced transformation consultant, leadership advisor and senior change director with over 20 years experience across a variety of organisations and sectors. She brings a wealth of experience, a dedication to doing great work and exceeding client expectations, an inherent ability to understand and solve complex problems, and a keen interest in NeuroLeadership. She is an incredibly strong leader, and is known for her ability to form high performing teams.
Her experience includes whole of business transformation programs, digital and Omnichannel transformation, large-scale technology change, organisational restructures, mergers and acquisitions, divestments, Change Management Office establishment and capacity building programs. She has consulted in public and private sector organisations across Australia, New Zealand and the UAE with extended experience in financial services, higher education, luxury retail, federal banks, utilities and municipal government.
As an experienced practitioner, Axiology Group benefits from Jennifer's extensive change management toolkit. She is well versed in all change and project management methodologies, understands the linkages between the two and helps bridge the gap for multidisciplinary project and business teams.
